The product is very good and now that it is installed it looks fantastic.
I would say, that you cannot install it by yourself and you need two people.
My carpenter made a template for the locations of the plastic spindle supports which has made the job easier. Something to be considered as it has made the job a lot easier.
Customer service has been very good.

Excellent quality and easy to install
Ordered balustrade components and arrived very quickly. Price was very competitive. Goods arrived, but one was missing, contacted Dino, and they sent the missing items without any fuss. Only negative, is that the balustrade requires full assembly, but there are no instructions provided, and none on line. disappointing, emailed customer service who sent email with brief instruction.
I ordered the composite balustrade in the savanna colour the product is absolutely amazing the quality is superb but unfortunately I had a charlatan to fit it….so will have to reorder it again. In short an amazing product will definitely use them again. You won’t be disappointed as long as you get a professional to install it
