I brought two set of balustrades which were very good and easy to fit. The price of the product was very good. The only issue I had was the delivery charge of £60 for to parcels was very high.
It did not come with instruction.
Excellent product, client wanted a new handrail on her porch as wood was rotting all the time. These look amazing, easy to work with and will definitely be using again.

Ordered balustrade components and arrived very quickly. Price was very competitive. Goods arrived, but one was missing, contacted Dino, and they sent the missing items without any fuss. Only negative, is that the balustrade requires full assembly, but there are no instructions provided, and none on line. disappointing, emailed customer service who sent email with brief instruction.
