Really impressed with the cost and quality of the balustrades. The communication from the company was excellent especially from Shaun Smith who was informative and responsive. Was really impressed with the delivery timescales and driver who went out of his way to deliver to a helpful position.
Great product, looks good. Dare say it’s got a decent longevity. Service from the team has been impeccable.
Downside is the lack of instructions. As others have said you need to be a competent DIY’er or get a tradesman in. We had to adapt ours as our existing posts aren’t tall enough to accommodate rails top and bottom. We lost chose to reduce the number of spindles for aesthetics. Shame they don’t do longer handrails for use on steps.
Ordered balustrade components and arrived very quickly. Price was very competitive. Goods arrived, but one was missing, contacted Dino, and they sent the missing items without any fuss. Only negative, is that the balustrade requires full assembly, but there are no instructions provided, and none on line. disappointing, emailed customer service who sent email with brief instruction.
I ordered the composite balustrade in the savanna colour the product is absolutely amazing the quality is superb but unfortunately I had a charlatan to fit it….so will have to reorder it again. In short an amazing product will definitely use them again. You won’t be disappointed as long as you get a professional to install it
The quality of the posts and balustrades that we purchased are excellent. It all arrived on time and was delivered by a really cheerful man, who had just driven from Wigan to Portsmouth. He delivered the material to the back garden and counted it through at the end to verify it was all there.
